Get to Know Sophie
One of the original Zelsters, Sophie has worked her way up the marketing ladder to her current position as Account Manager. A self-confessed word nerd, we thought we’d ask our English extraordinaire some quickfire questions and get to know the real her. Name: Sophie Job Title: Account Manager What’s the ultimate cake topping? Anything with chocolate. I recently baked some ferrero rocher cupcakes with nutella buttercream and they were a heart attack in a cake but so so good! If you were on a desert island, what three items would you take with you? A rope, wood and a book on how to build a raft because it wouldn’t be any fun being stuck on an island on my own. Do you have any unusual fears or phobias? I don’t have any unusual fears but I have a real phobia of wasps (anything that buzzes really) and spiders agh. What would be your best achievement to date? Graduating from Leeds Beckett University where I was also awarded the Deans award and a £100 cash prize (when you’re a student that’s like winning the lottery)!! If you could have an unlimited supply of something, what would you choose? If I were being cheesy I would say love happiness and health (I know thats three but they come hand in hand dont they)! But I wouldn’t say no to an unlimited supply of money either. Why did you choose to work at Zelst? Because I love digital marketing and learning something new everyday. I also heard that Harrogate is the happiest place to live so I figured it can’t be a bad place to work either!
